ABSTRACT
Climate change is a topic of interest to scientists, government officials, farmers, businessmen, etc., because it has vast and inescapable impacts on society as a whole. Agriculture and other industries are sensitive to climate change and the negative consequences flow through the economy. Climate change in Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) usage refers to change in the state of the climate that can be identified by changes in the longterm mean and/or the variability of its properties and that persists for an extended period, typically decades or longer. Climate change can be seen at global, regional or even more local scales (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, 2007).
