ABSTRACT

Based on the single loop CDSV transmission system, the relationship was studied between the system sliding rate and the sliding rates of the basic stepless speed change units. This chapter describes the sliding characteristics of the single loop CDSV system in order to obtain the influence of the basic P unit’ siding rate on the whole system’s sliding rate. It also describes the basic closed P unit adopts basic stepless transmission and the system can realize stepless speed regulation. Analyzing the P unit sliding rate and CDSV transmission system sliding rate contributes to select the different transmission rate, transmission type and P unit sliding rate in order to make the system work efficiently. According to the power distribution coefficient q of the X unit, the system can be divided into the power distribution transmission system, the power reverse circulation transmission system and the Power clockwise circulation transmission system.
