ABSTRACT

Fresh product e-commerce has attracted much attention as the last piece of Blue Ocean in the field of e-commerce. E-marketplace of the fresh product develops rapidly benefited by the market participants from the electric business platform and the industry chain of the fresh product. The service level determines the survival of fresh product e-commerce. Fresh products are defined as the primary fresh chilled products for sale, which have not underwent the cooking process, including bread, cooked food, and other field processing category of goods. The evaluation index and output index are also indispensable, such as refreshing time of the fresh products, working ability, and market orientation for distribution centers. A reasonable purchasing plan must fully consider the characteristics and quality of fresh products. The index system of the fresh purchasing plan is analyzed based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process. Warehouse logistics service for fresh product e-commerce is a systematic project.
