ABSTRACT

A multichannel parallel heat release rate test system for the railway tunnel rescue station was established by using Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS). FDS software cannot establish the circular curve module, so the exhaust pipe section is transformed into approximate square cross-sections. The fire dynamics simulation software FDS is a kind of fire driven by the computational fluid dynamics model. According to the formula of calculating the heat release rate, the range of the heat release rate testing system is related to the flow of flue gas and the range of flue gas testing system. The flue gas cannot be completely collected and thus may affect the test results of the heat release rate of the oxygen consumption method. The flue gas leakage is related to the heat release rate of the fuel and the smoke extraction volume of the platform.
