ABSTRACT
Chapter 5 begins with a discussion on the background, relevance, and qualities of flexibility resilience capability in business settings. A discussion on the supporting and complementary role of flexibility with other resilience capabilities during strategic activities is provided. The concept of flexibility is reflected in depth in the context of another business case study.
