ABSTRACT
This chapter maintains that we live within the medium of time, but that many important aspects of this medium may be missed by typical leadership research. It examines five issues related to time, and it offers recommendations for leadership research and practice based on these issues. These issues may also interact to create types of time pattern that future research should address.
