ABSTRACT

The desired quality of human capital is expressed by the competency models. The current state of economic and social situation requires that the criteria and principles of sustainable development were include into the creation of competency models of employees of industrial enterprises, because employee is the one, who is the foundation and pillar in the dissemination of the ideas of sustainable development. The contribution follows on the contribution Jurík & Sakál (2015), in which design of the methodology of the creation of a competency model of employees of industrial enterprises. The ambition of this paper is to create of the methodology of the creation of competency model of employees of industrial enterprises in Slovakia with the utilization of the AHP method in the context of sustainable development, while mainly authors are focusing on conceptual bases formation of competency model in the context of sustainable development and sustainable corporate social responsibility.
