ABSTRACT
This chapter outlines the movement beyond national frameworks to international frameworks. This most closely reflects the international nature of delivering the services associated with critical infrastructure and moves somewhat away from the administratively driven protection of physical infrastructure. While still early, we can perhaps track these efforts based on strategic interests (such as in energy) and economic ties (supply chains, etc.).
