The research investigated the awareness levels of students in identifying and declining the purchase of risky products, in refusing the use of risky products, in identifying the content of the product, and in having awareness of the emerging risks of the associated products. The method used in this research was survey, while the research location was determined purposively, namely two elementary schools located in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Medan, Makassar, and Denpasar. The results of the study for four components of risk prevention awareness were at ‘apathy’ level. It means that students have apathetic attitudes towards the danger of risks which take place around them.
