ABSTRACT
Following the authors’ previous studies on the flange vertical buckling problem of the model girders having shapes and dimension of the experimental model, numerical analysis is carried out on the girders having practical shapes and dimensions. In this paper, the numerical results of the analysis are presented. It is found that the buckling load of the flange can be estimated by the Timoshenko’s formula.
