ABSTRACT
In this chapter, readers will learn about intellectual stimulation behaviors associated with transformational leadership, why these behaviors are important for leaders to increase followers’ creative potential, what their outcomes are for organizational members, and how to put them into practice in organizations. Emphasis is placed on learning how to remove roadblocks to intellectual stimulation and use pragmatic/problem-solving leadership. Summary questions and reflective exercises are also presented.
