ABSTRACT
This chapter describes a new concept in computer science and in cybercrime. Cyborgs could be designed from hardware components, software programs, or both. The big lords of cybercrime and cyber terrorism, aware of the latest enabling technologies, decided to hire knowledgeable software engineers to build an arsenal of Soft Cyborgs that are equipped with formidable agility and intelligence in fighting, like the US Marines. Soft Cyborgs are designed with autonomic and cybernetic software monolithic components that actuate self-regulating, self-navigating, self-monitoring functionalities once they are launched toward the target. The commander of the Soft Cyborg Nanobot examines the different malware "blueprints" to gain more knowledge on adversaries. The wars between adversary Soft Cyborgs and security Smart Vaccine Nanobots will be atrocious, continual, and symmetrical in order to defeat the nano defense of a Smart City. Soft Cyborgs are confident to succeed and create chaos and havoc to quiet Smart Cities.
