ABSTRACT
A madam is discussing her business and sings “I own a small commercial venture with a modest clientele in Kanagawa.” She runs a brothel and has new workers whom she has to train. This song is interesting because we see that the madam has the same issues running a brothel as many business owners have in their more normal businesses. The new workers she has to train aren’t as experienced as other workers.
