ABSTRACT

This chapter focuses specifically on warming up different body parts, from head to toe. At the same time these exercises also contribute to developing concentration. It contains exercises predominantly designed for warming up the body. Everyone starts this exercise by using their hands to stroke their faces firmly, from the centre outwards. The 'wiped-off' tiredness is then thrown to the floor with a decisive hand movement. The group stands in a circle and starts to dance to the music. The catcher has to leave these pairs alone and turn his attention to the players who are still running around individually. The game can be made more difficult for the people being chased by ruling that in order to be safe from the catcher they have to get together in groups of three, or even four, rather than just in twos.
