ABSTRACT
Pupils will draw on the skills they have acquired throughout the programme. They will reflect on their progress and begin to think about the decisions they will make both now and in the future. They will consider their own longer-term futures, what they would like to achieve and look at ways in which they can plan and influence these decisions. Having completed this module, pupils will feel more in control of their actions, have a raised self-esteem and feel better motivated to achieve both in and out of school. Cut out and distribute the Just Say ‘No’ role-play cards. Pupils can discuss how they would respond to each situation then practice and act out the scenarios on each card. Group to discuss how they would respond if they were in a similar situation. Group to work on a problem page for a magazine or newspaper.
