Instructions This exercise is to enable you to focus on the key people in your relational world, to consider how much they energise you and how much they deplete you. Think of people in your life whom you find emotionally draining. These are people with whom you feel tired or somewhat empty or alone during or after spending time with them. Then think of the emotional energies of people who don’t really impact on you in one way or another, negatively or positively. Finally, think of people with nourishing, exciting energy that makes you feel alive and expansive.
