ABSTRACT
The broad revolutionary masses of the People's Bank in Fushun Municipality, keeping abreast of the new circumstances of revolution, have joined the workers, peasants, and soldiers in holding high the banner of revolutionary mass criticism. They have thoroughly criticized the counterrevolutionary revisionist line implemented by the renegade, hidden traitor, and scab Liu Shao-ch'i and his agents in banking circles. They have simplified their administrative structure. Establishing the concept of serving the workers, peasants, and soldiers is an important prerequisite for carrying out the general principle of "developing the economy and ensuring supplies." The comrades of the group are never satisfied with the service they render to the workers, peasants, and soldiers. A socialist bank must act in accordance with the great teaching of Chairman Mao and make great efforts to help the enterprises develop production in the light of the requirements of state plans and policies.
