ABSTRACT
Under socialist conditions, as money is still the general representation of wealth, there will be the idea of going after money. Thus, money will stimulate the desire of the new and old bourgeoisie and people more seriously affected by capitalist ideas for the accumulation of wealth through stealing or illegally taking possession of more money, and turn them into the termites of the socialist system of public ownership. Owing to the existence of money, certain leading cadres of enterprises and units who have not correctly oriented the ideological line will promote "material incentives" and "put profits in command." They usually adopt the method of "dragging out and storming in" to grasp the leadership in certain units, steal and sell the material resources of the state or the collective, seek profits by unethical means, and swallow up the fruits of labor of the masses of the people.
