ABSTRACT

Researchers tell the reader that the people think between 50,000 and 60,000 thoughts daily and that most of the thoughts are the same every single day. Bearing in mind that the words the people speak, particularly when accompanied by strong emotion, actually create their life, they may want to decide to get rid of their broken record for good. Many of the reader are strangely attached to their misery and indulge in playing familiar ‘broken record’ over and over again. It is not enough to simply say to themselves: stop thinking these negative thoughts. The habit of complaining, criticising and condemning is very firmly established in the people thinking. Surprisingly many people who are loved, admired, rich, famous, successful and attractive have been known to be extremely insecure, profoundly unhappy, lacking in confidence and suffering from poor self-esteem and damaging self-image. There are quite a few words that could well be avoided or, even better, altogether erased from their vocabulary.
