Three letters - one word

Players make words containing three letters that have been randomly selected by the game leader. The words should be as short as possible and contain the chosen letters in a fixed order. The three letters do not have to be consecutive in the words and other letters can be used. For example, the letters ‘L’, ‘O’ and ‘T’ are given.
