ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses various methods, their alternatives, and related comments for exploring the four sessons. They are Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. Spring is a very colourful and inspiring time of the year for many artists. Use this season to inspire group members to have a fresh start, and a fresh look at their own abilities and perception of themselves as artists. Summertime is rich with colour; light, activities and scenes. The seasons are an excellent source of inspiration for all artists. Nature, in all its glory, shows the cycle of life from birth to death. It offers rich presentations of colour texture, light and form, and is constantly evolving, thus giving inspiration to artists for realistic and abstract work all the year round. Every aspect of nature changes – from plants, trees, skies, landscapes and weather; to insects and animals – a challenge for any artist.
