ABSTRACT
Family planning certainly is not a small matter for individuals that does not concern the general situation. Rather, it is a significant matter that is related to national plans for the people's livelihood, to changes in customs and habits, and to the transformation of the world. If one marries very early and assumes family responsibilities, ones energies are dissipated, and this can affect ones studies, ones work, and ones health, as well as ones power to contribute to the revolution and to the Motherland. Any individual may go personally to the obstetrics or the family planning outpatient department of a hospital, a women's and children's health protection center, a commune health center, or the health room of a production brigade to procure the pills. In order to achieve the goal of family planning, one absolutely must not simply depend on induced abortion. Induced abortion, when performed many times, is harmful to the physical health.
