The main concern is to ensure the repeatability and stability of a process that manufactures a perfectly controlled quality product every minute at the lowest cost. However, these commando processes would have to be harmonized with the "normal" start-up approaches of the plant — approaches that worked on the assumption that these issues in product definition were completely resolved.
