ABSTRACT
This small chapter is dedicated to the topic of sustainability. You want to make the improvements permanent and a part of daily life in the organization. This is easier said than done. If you have done a good job up to this stage, there should be tangible improvements; for example, the quality of notifications should be improving, the work order backlog should be decreasing, and the wrench time should be going up.
