ABSTRACT
I have no idea what the future definitively holds for the safety profession, I only have my hopes and ideas based on the first leg of my career. Nobody can really read tea leaves or crystal balls; if they could, investing for retirement would be a lot easier. The future of safety will truly be shaped by the people who enter the profession and become its guardians in the years to come.
