ABSTRACT
The raising of labor productivity in agriculture will be the basis for bringing the incomes of peasants and workers closer together. The main task that people must solve is to increase substantially the material stimulation of production, to give all personnel a greater interest in a sharp improvement of production indices. The rewarding of workers for continuous service will depend on their labor contribution to the development of production. The new system of material incentive will stimulate a radical improvement of the organization of labor and production at every enterprise. The achievements of an enterprise in increasing profits and raising profitability will have a direct effect on the wages of the people employed at the enterprise. With the new system of incentive, there comes to the fore the task of a sharp increase in the share of bonuses and other rewards for improving the general results of the work of enterprises.
