ABSTRACT
In the course of military and political training, the broad masses of cadres and soldiers in the Liberation Army raise high the great red banner of Mao Tse-tung thought. They hold fast to Chairman Mao as the representative of the proletarian revolutionary line, cooperate closely with the broad masses of revolutionary teachers and students, and devote themselves heart and soul to carrying out the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution successfully in the universities and middle schools. To grasp living ideas fiercely and firmly and to persevere in patiently persuading and educating are important factors in achieving unity among the majority. The Liberation Army should, in conjunction with the actual situation of the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution in the schools, apply Mao Tse-tung thought to the solution of all sorts of ideological problems in the ranks of the Left and all sorts of ideological problems among cadres who have committed mistakes and members of the masses who have been deluded.
