ABSTRACT
Foreign languages are not required for the Danish agricul tural schools, but schools preparing students for entrance examinations to the agricultural colleges must provide in struction in English and German at the basic level. This article discusses the entrance requirements for foreign languages and includes information concerning foreignlanguage instruction at these agricultural schools as an outside, optional course.
