ABSTRACT
In continuous improvement by improving continuously (CIBIC), the pursuit of continuous improvement through stability is impossible without an understanding of the uniformity, continuity, volatility, and demand subfactors. As a scalable and universal development, learning, and change-promoting framework, the EDGE framework is fully adaptable to all activities related to the pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement. As such, only the tireless and comprehensive development of the inner drivers can promote the pursuit of continuous improvement and excellence. The nine inner drivers and their refining subfactors highlight the attributes that promote the inner development. The nine inner drivers are stability, adaptability, planning, patience, humility, intelligence, resilience, enthusiasm, and sustainability. These nine inner drivers, which form the acronym SAPPHIRES, should be cherished like a prized possession. These nine drivers form the essence of the inner dimensional DNA that controls the life and controls the world.
