ABSTRACT
Most likely, children in abusive homes were victims too, either directly, as the recipients of abuse, or indirectly as they observed the terrible events occurring in their home. Dealing with the effects of the abuse on a survivor’s children’s lives can be complicated and emotional. Chapter 10 explores how to provide the support the children need and protect them from an abusive ex-partner.
