ABSTRACT
This chapter and the accompanying video demonstrations illustrate a real-world program evaluation project undertaken in NVivo. The contributing author is Dr. Kristi Jackson, president of Queri, an independent research consultancy, based in Denver, Colorado. The chapter describes the context of the project, the research objectives, the guiding methodology, and the analytic plan, which unfolds in six stages. The videos include dialogue with Dr. Jackson about the pros and cons of possible alternative choices for fulfilling the analytic plan using NVivo.
