ABSTRACT
This chapter provides orientation for ATLAS.ti users who are upgrading to ATLAS.ti 8 from an earlier version of the program and for those who work with ATLAS.ti in teams. Conducting research in teams is very different from researching alone and involves two issues: who does what and integrating each team member’s contribution. This chapter describes the human aspect of who does what as a necessary preparation for learning the technical aspect of integrating each team member’s contribution in Chapter 5. The chapter also describes other ATLAS.ti products currently available—ATLAS.ti for the Mac and ATLAS.ti Mobile.
