ABSTRACT
This chapter postulates an innovative articulation of SOUL-idarity GENE rhythm, inspired by the Integral Dynamics Theory, thereby activating a society's particular GENE-IUS developed by Lessem and Schieffer of TRANS4M, Centre for Integral Development, Geneva. It provides an overview of our 4P process in four rounds as categorised: The Philosophy (P1), The Principles (P2), The Practices (P3), and The Integral Hikma Process (P4). The chapter aims to integrate the spiritual (soul) with integral (transformational) Hikma (wisdom) to indicate the activation process of a community. It establishes how Pakistan could genealogically lead the way for other microfinance institutions, through Akhuwat's practical example of a fourfold model, parallel to the integral CARE model, to do away with the micro-ness of microfinance, if not throughout the Islamic world. The chapter examines the effect of the coming of soul-wisdom paired with integral Trans4mation of the GENE.
