ABSTRACT
This chapter will conclude the paper by identifying recommendations to which regulators should adhere to ensure effective regulation of the non-banking systems that have grown in prevalence in recent times across Kenya. Based on the research carried out it, further outlines other areas not comprehensively covered in this book that need further research.
