ABSTRACT

The increment of interdependencies has led to the inequitable distribution of relationships of economic and political power, since this framework implies associated dynamics such as selectivity (between the more able, and the less effective), concentration (in the points or areas of greatest potential, a determined function) (Fitoussi and Rosanvallon, 1997). A result of this has been the hierarchisation of territories and, in addition, of professional, social and other groups (Delapierre, 1995).
