ABSTRACT

The question of the quality of the environment has grown in importance during the 1990s. The rightful concerns about the issues of global warming and global change have increased the importance of research dedicated to these issues. This book on the issue of Environment and Marginality in Geographical Space looks at the issues of environment and land-use as well as those of territorial marginalization and development from environmental point of view. The attempt of this book is to analyse the many faceted image of environment in geographical space.
