Across all central strategy processes at wool yarn manufacturer (WYM) the role of learning is evidenced in two relationships: the relationship between organizational learning and fixed asset parsimony and the relationship between organizational learning and strategic flexibility. Process improvement is a commonly occurring concept across the copious product and operation management literature. WYM and customers demand better product and nowadays in business markets, “customers are fundamentally changing the dynamics of the market place.
