ABSTRACT

In 2008, I was attending the Academy of Management Conference in Anaheim, California, and due to an unexpected delay in my flight back to Indiana I had to stay an extra night in town. With nothing planned on my schedule, I decided to walk down the street to Disneyland. After a hectic international conference where I was giving research presentations and interviewing a string of job candidates, I was ready for a break. Little did I expect how much fun I would actually have on this excursion. After all, I was just looking for something to do before catching a red-eye flight back to the Midwest.
