ABSTRACT
Chapter 6 discusses China’s Financial Risk. Firstly, we analyse the reasons for the increase of financial risk, such as anti-crisis policies and the financial sector’s incentive system. Secondly, we evaluate the level of China’s financial risk and draw the conclusion that a financial crisis will not occur in China.
