ABSTRACT

Gary Santorella, owner and president of Interactive Consulting, is a Lean implementation, team building, strategic planning, and partnering facilitator, executive coach, and corporate instructor who has worked almost exclusively in the construction industry since 1996. He has pioneered a method of assessing construction teams at the job site and top organizational levels– in accordance with Lean principles– with the goal of building nimble, efficient, flexible, and functional work groups.
