ABSTRACT
One special word class in Korean that has no corresponding equivalent in English is “particles” (also called postpositions or suffixes). Particles typically attach to the end of a noun to indicate grammatical roles or add special meanings. There are two kinds of particles in Korean: case particles and special particles.
