ABSTRACT
We endeavour at all times to be culturally sensitive about the food and ingredients we provide and we are also always fully briefed about children’s dietary requirements and food-related allergies. Redcliffe is a multicultural, inner-city nursery where up to 19 languages are spoken and we reflect this in the ingredients we use.
