ABSTRACT

This chapter aims to help you cope more effectively with pressures which you can anticipate and those you can’t. Developing the ability to cope with pressure means you are more likely to succeed on your course. Inevitably there will be pressures - heavy course workload, applying for jobs and studying for exams, lots of things going on. After you have graduated or gained your diploma, work may have its pressures, as may other areas of your life. Coping well means being more effective, healthier and able to enjoy what you do.
