It is presented in four parts. The first part outlines the LP/R technique and its possible application in redevelopment land projects and in land and building redevelopment projects. The second part presents a case study of a redevelopment land project in Taiwan. The third part outlines the wide use of LP/R for redevelopment land projects and for land and building redevelopment projects in Japan.
