ABSTRACT
Rationale What we learn from failure is how to fail; what we learn from success is how to succeed. Therefore, after a warm-up exercise to review the intelligences, we’ll begin to examine in detail the intelligences and skills you use to make you successful at work. This examination is a twostep process. In this chapter we’ll complete the first step, the building of your Personal Data Bases (PDBs). Then in the following chapter we’ll use the PDBs as a foundation for the preparation of your Personal Profile (PP).
