ABSTRACT

This chapter provides an additional remark of the book. The needs of British veterans are diverse, as this book has shown. Veterans may be young or old, skilled or unskilled, injured or intact. It is hoped that the book has given the reader an insight into issues faced by today's veterans and by the organisations that work with them. The book has also afforded the opportunity to showcase numerous examples of good practice in psychological healthcare and social care for veterans and their families, both from within the UK and from overseas.
