ABSTRACT
A consistent theme throughout the case studies was ‘power and control’. Power and control were manifested in terms of the power relationship between participants and their impact on an individual’s potential for action. Within the theme of power and control, two sub-themes were identified:
Professional Power and Control.
Hopes, Dreams and Desires.
