ABSTRACT
The purpose of a ‘Lessons Learned’ exercise is to recognize and document any experiences that might help improve the running of future projects. The main users of a Lessons Learned Report will include the Steering Group, the Project Team and the Project Office. Such a report might also be circulated to:
the corporate standards function, or those responsible for Quality Management systems and Project Management standards
managers of future projects.
