ABSTRACT
A Quality Review is ‘an inspection with a specific structure, defined roles and procedure, designed to ensure a document’s completeness and adherence to standards’ (Office of Government Commerce, 2002, Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2). While the structure, roles and procedures are important components of the PRINCE® approach, the underlying principles are crucial to managing the quality of project outputs whatever project management standards you follow, and a similar approach is highly recommended.
