ABSTRACT

Enhancement of aviation security measures would require the user to comply with the demands made by modern security equipment. The role played by technology in present-day commercial transactions has affected a large number of activities pertaining to human interaction. It would not be incorrect to recognize the fact that the right of privacy originally evolved in the United States following the appearance of an influential article written by Warren and Brandeis. Europe has emphasized more legislative edict in accordance with its longstanding civil law background, and followed an approach based on predicting the probable consequences of the emergence of particular phenomena, as has been reflected in the enactment of omnibus regulation, rather than letting law evolve as a consequence of judicial experiences. Little comfort, indeed, for the many thousands of flight attendants who attend to the slightest whim of all those people who are airborne at any given moment.
